Job Description
- Responsible for the order management of garment manufacturers, product quotation check, procurement, customs clearance and logistics management. Cooperate with finance department to manage all necessary documents for L/C application, bank payment voucher and invoice.
- Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc.) and external parties (supplier, customer, shipping companies etc.) to prepare BLs and vessel tracking on cargo readiness & documentation to ensure smooth delivering of the commodity products.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be Singaporean.
- Good command of English & Mother Tongue to be able to handle and assist queries concerns from Chinese speaking colleagues.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.
